SHIPPING POLICY 

🕒 Processing Times

All orders are made-to-order — just for you, right here in the good ol’ USA.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your item ships.

During launches or busy seasons, it might take a smidge longer (we’ll keep you posted).

📦 Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, it will ship via standard USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order hits the road.

🛻 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

(We don’t jack up shipping to make a profit — pinky promise.)

📍Delivery Issues

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, it's their responsibility. If your package is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.

If your order is delayed or missing — don’t panic. Email us at howdy@diamondbardesigns.com and we’ll work with you to sort it out. This may involve filing a claim with the carrier.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

💥 All Sales Are Final

Each item is made-to-order, which means once you place your order, it’s created just for you.

Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges — even if you picked the wrong size or changed your mind.

Please double-check your cart and sizing before placing your order, cowboy.

🛠️ BUT — If We Messed Something Up…

If your order arrives and it’s:

- The wrong item

- The wrong size (not what you ordered)

- Damaged or defective

…we’ll make it right.

Just email us at howdy@diamondbardesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A photo of the issue

- A brief explanation

We will get back to you as soon as we can.

📦 Return Shipping (If Approved)

If we approve a return or exchange, we’ll send you the instructions.

Return shipping is typically your responsibility unless the issue was our fault.

⏳ Refunds

Refunds (if granted) will go back to your original payment method.

Give it 5–10 business days to show up depending on your bank.
